Day 1

Islamabad to Chilas

Depart from Islamabad and drive to Chilas via the Hazara Motorway and Karakoram Highway, taking approximately 12 hours, with a stop in Bisham for breakfast and lunch en route, Overnight Stay in Chilas. Chilas is divisional capital of Diamer Division and is located on the Indus River.

Day 2

Chilas to Skardu

After breakfast at Chilas, departure for Skardu via Jaglot Skardu Road, make a stop at the junction point of three mighty mountain ranges, enter the Skardu Road along the Indus River via Alam Bridge. Enjoy a short stop at Astak Nala. Distance covered approximately 265 kilometres and it takes almost 6-7 hours to reach Skardu with ease & comfort. Explore Skardu Bazar in evening & overnight stay in Skardu.

Day 03

Shigrar, Katpana Desert, Shangri-La, Upper & Lower Kachura Lakes

After Breakfast, leave for Shigar Valley, Short stay at Katpana & Safaranga, highest deserts in the world, visit The Shigar Fort in Shigar Valley, fascinating with its stunning views, enchanting natural beauty, & majestic mountain peaks, a blend of glaciers, mountains, lakes, hot springs, gazillion stars, Afternoon drive to Shangri-La Resort, Lower Kachura Lake. Evening in Upper & Lower Kachura Lakes, Overnight Stay in Skardu.

Day 04

Satpara Lake, Organic Village & Kharpocho Fort

After Breakfast leave for Satpara Lake, a serene glacial lake, can enjoy trout fishing & scenic boat ride, Satpara lake is a crystal-clear water lake offers breath-taking views. In afternoon we can visit Organic Village, in the evening, leave for Kharpocho Fort, the fort offers panoramic views & has historical significance, a hidden tunnel & a wooden mosque at the peak. The Fort offers beautiful scenic views of Karakoram peaks, ideal for photography in evening, drive back and stay in Skardu.

Day 05

Visit Manthokha Waterfall & Blind Lake

After breakfast we will leave for Manthokha Waterfall, a waterfall almost 180 feet high, It is very popular for its picturesque beauty and amazing landscape. We can enjoy till afternoon with some tea break and depart for Blind Lake, a beautiful lake located in Shigar Valley, need some hiking. Drive back & overnight stay to Skardu

Day 06

Drive back from Skardu To Besham

Depart Skardu early and drive southwest along the Indus River via Jaglot (a junction point where the Karakoram, Himalayas, and Hindukush ranges meet, short stay at Rock Art in Chilas: Ancient carvings depicting Buddhist, Lunch in Chilas and after 10 – 12 hours reach Besham, overnight stay Besham.

Day 07

Drive Back to Islamabad

Morning: Depart early for Islamabad. Stop at Abbottabad for a quick tea break. Afternoon: Arrive in Islamabad by late afternoon. End of the tour.
